Timed intercourse can be performed by monitoring the woman's natural cycle and inducing ovulation when the follicular development has reached its size. This means that the woman will have to go to successive ultrasound controls and when the ovarian follicle measures around 14 mm, then it will be when the hCG hormone is administered to induce ovulation.
Thus, two days after the administration of the hCG injection, it will be the recommended time to have sexual intercourse and pregnancy can occur.
