Although Utrogestan is a fairly safe hormonal drug, it can also cause certain side effects like any other medication. The most common side effects after taking Utrogestan are intermittent bleeding, drowsiness, abdominal pain and dizziness.
If the patient begins to feel any discomfort after taking Utrogestan, it is advisable to consult a doctor for the best course of action.
