Symptoms that may indicate to a woman that she has a disorder in her menstrual cycle and may not be ovulating are the absence of menstruation, abnormal bleeding or an irregular basal temperature.
If anovulation is suspected, a woman can take an ovulation test or a hormonal blood test to make a diagnosis and find out if she is ovulating or not.
