When long embryo culture is chosen, there is a risk of having to cancel the transfer because there are no viable embryos.
Embryo transfer at day 5 of development allows a better natural selection, as the altered embryos will not be able to reach the blastocyst stage. If this is added to the fact that few eggs have been obtained in the puncture and, therefore, there are not many embryos, it is possible that there are no embryos to transfer.
