Uterine problems can be present from birth, but they can also arise in adulthood. Whatever their time of onset, uterine problems can cause fertility problems by making pregnancy difficult. Moreover, despite the occurrence of embryo implantation in the uterus, uterine problems often lead to recurrent miscarriages.
