Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia is a semen disorder that combines poor sperm concentration, motility and morphology. This semen problem can have different origins:
- Hormonal alterations affecting spermatogenesis.
- Administration of drugs such as antidepressants.
- An unhealthy lifestyle.
- Varicocele.
- Infection in the seminal ducts, such as prostatitis.
- Genetic problems that affect sperm production.
However, it is sometimes complicated to establish the specific cause of oligoasthenoteratozoospermia, as it could be due to a combination of various factors.
