If you purchase an ovulation predictor kit (OPK) or use an online one, you can track your ovulation days more accurately. They work by measuring the levels of LH in urine. When they are positive, it means that you are on your fertility window and that it is the ideal moment to try to conceive.
During ovulation, the levels of LH are on their highest, and it is the moment when the woman is most fertile.
