In vitro fertilisation (IVF) with donor eggs, also known as oocyte donation, is one of the reproductive options with the highest success rates. In 2021, the pregnancy rate per embryo transfer of IVF with egg donation was 58.7% according to the statistical data of the Spanish Fertility Society (SEF).
In addition, the delivery rate for egg donation was 44.2% and most of them were single births. Only 8.2% of the births were twins.
