Chances of getting pregnant with IVF are higher when donor eggs are used, not only because egg quality is higher, but also due to egg quantity, as multiple eggs can be retrieved. With fresh donor oocytes, pregnancy success rates reach almost 60% per transfer. As for frozen cycles, the success rate is close to 40%.
