Thanks to ovodonation, it is possible to achieve better success rates than in IVF treatments with the patient's own eggs.
As can be seen in the graph, the pregnancy rate per embryo transfer with ovodonation is 56.9%, while this same rate with the patient's own eggs is 34.6%.
As for the delivery rate per embryo transfer, the probability of giving birth is 42.2% with ovodonation. On the other hand, the rate of delivery by transfer in IVF with own eggs is 25.0%. These results have been extracted from the latest registry published by the Spanish Fertility Society, which corresponds to the year 2022.
