When a man has a seminal infection, he may not have any symptoms. This makes diagnosis difficult.
However, on other occasions, men may notice changes in the colour and odour of their semen that would be indicative of a possible infection. In addition, a discharge from the urethra, burning during urination or the presence of blood in the seminal fluid may also be indicative of a seminal infection.
In these cases, it is best to visit a specialist to find out how to proceed.
