The use of laptops is increasing, especially among young people of reproductive age. A study published in the journal Fertility and Sterility has found that laptop use significantly increases scrotal temperature, which affects spermatogenesis and consequently male fertility. Scrotal hyperthermia can be minimized by changing the position (by separating the legs) and by less use of the laptop.
