Azoospermia is diagnosis using a semen analysis or seminogram, also called sperm test. Based on the sperm count of the sample, the patient can be diagnosed with:
- Azoospermia
- No sperm in the ejaculate.
- Cryptozoospermia
- Less than 100,000 sperm/ml.
- Oligozoospermia
- Less than 15 million/ml.
- Normozoospermia
- No sperm disorder found.
