Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia is the combination of three alterations in the semen: oligozoospermia, asthenozoospermia and teratozoospermia. In short, the seminogram of males suffering from oligoastenoteratozoospermia shows:
- Low sperm count in the ejaculate
- Bad sperm mobility
- High number of abnormally shaped sperm
Oligoastenothermia is a cause of male infertility of spermatic origin, since poor seminal quality causes difficulties in achieving a pregnancy naturally.
