Women with Turner syndrome who get pregnant through assisted reproduction and ovodonation can carry out a normal pregnancy with less chance of miscarriage, as the donated eggs come from healthy women without genetic alterations.
However, it is advisable to carry out a strict control of the pregnancy, as the symptoms associated with Turner syndrome can worsen with gestation, such as heart problems.
In addition, these women will always be transferred a single embryo, since a multiple pregnancy carries, among others, increased cardiovascular risks.
